Authorized Distributor Policy

To qualify for—and remain—CTK Authorized Distributor status, your business must comply with all elements of this policy at all times:

  1. Maintain Current Business Information. Keep accurate, up-to-date customer information and, upon request, promptly disclose any CTK-related information during the term of your distributor relationship.
  2. CTK’s Trademarks & Brand Policy. Comply with CTK’s Trademark & Brand Policy and monitor compliance among CTK Authorized Resellers you service. Registering business names, domains, or social-media handles containing CTK trademarks is prohibited. Use only CTK-approved marketing assets (see full Trademark & Brand Policy).
  3. Sell to Stocking Dealers Only. Do not sell to wholesalers, freight forwarders, or drop-shippers. Sell only to CTK Authorized Resellers and Authorized E-Commerce Resellers (see CTK Authorized Reseller Requirements).
  4. Purchase Directly From CTK. Buy CTK products only from CTK—not from any other source unless explicitly endorsed by CTK.
  5. Sell Products in Original Packaging. Do not alter CTK packaging. Repackaging or rebranding CTK products is strictly prohibited.
  6. No Bundling Without Permission. Re-SKUing or bundling CTK products requires prior written permission from CTK.
  7. Prevent Customer Confusion. Do not market non-CTK items alongside CTK products in a way that suggests CTK makes, endorses, or is associated with those items.
  8. Approved Wholesale-Only Websites. Accept orders only through login-secured, e-commerce pages on CTK-approved websites you own and operate. Selling or shipping to consumers via third-party marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Alibaba, etc.), drop-ship accounts, classified sites, or forum direct messages is prohibited.
  9. Assigned Geographic Territory. Ship customer orders only to addresses within your assigned territory (North America).
  10. Assigned Market Segment. Ship orders only within your designated market segment. Selling or shipping to third-party e-commerce customers is not allowed.
  11. Ensure PCI Compliance. Maintain PCI compliance for all commerce-enabled websites you operate.
  12. Comply With MAP Policy. Adhere at all times to CTK’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy. The MAP Policy governs advertising conduct only; you remain free to set resale prices.
  13. Additional E-Commerce Obligations. Ensure industry-standard security and fraud-prevention measures (two-factor authentication, territory restrictions, customer-fraud resolution) for all Authorized E-Commerce sites.
  14. Obey the Law & Serve Customers. Ensure your e-commerce customers also maintain industry-standard security, fraud protection, and customer-service practices.

Failure to comply with any part of this Authorized Distributor Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.
