Our Quality Department will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement.
Note: we replace knives and axes only—sheaths are not covered.
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, first ship the item back to us. Then email a copy of your receipt and your PayPal account to condortk@imacasa.com so we can process your refund.
