Authorized Reseller Policy

To qualify for—and remain—CTK Authorized Reseller status, your business must comply with all elements of this policy at all times:

  1. Maintain Current Business Information. Keep accurate, up-to-date company information and, upon request, disclose CTK product lines and retail locations that carry CTK. Qualifying retail locations may include your brick-and-mortar store(s), commerce-enabled website(s), or temporary storefronts (events, trade shows, pop-ups, etc.).
  2. CTK’s Trademarks & Brand Policy. Comply with CTK’s Trademark & Brand Policy and present yourself as a CTK Authorized Reseller in all online advertising and sales collateral. Registering businesses, domains, or social-media handles containing CTK trademarks is prohibited. Use only CTK-approved marketing materials (see full policy).
  3. Sell to Retail Consumers Only. Do not sell in bulk to B2B accounts, wholesalers, or freight forwarders/drop shippers. Sell directly to end consumers only.
  4. Purchase Directly From Assigned & Authorized Distributor. Obtain CTK products only from your assigned CTK-authorized distributor—never from other retailers or unapproved sources.
  5. Sell Products in Original Packaging. Do not alter CTK packaging. Repackaging or rebranding CTK products is strictly prohibited.
  6. Use CTK-Supplied Core Product Data. Utilize CTK-supplied item data for all product feeds, descriptions, and listings.
  7. No Bundling Without Permission. Do not re-pack or bundle CTK products in online assortments or data feeds without prior written permission from CTK.
  8. Exportation Sales. Cooperate with CTK to prevent unauthorized exportation. For bulk purchases (10+ units), attempt to collect customer name, address, phone, and transaction dates to identify suspicious patterns. If a customer refuses, contact CTK.
  9. Prevent Customer Confusion. Do not market non-CTK items alongside CTK products in a way that suggests CTK makes, endorses, or is associated with those items.
  10. Sell on Approved Retail Website(s) Only. Accept orders only via publicly accessible e-commerce pages on CTK-approved sites you own and operate. Selling on third-party marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Alibaba, etc.), drop-ship accounts, classified sites, or forum messages is prohibited.
  11. Ensure PCI Compliance. Maintain PCI compliance for all commerce-enabled sites you operate.
  12. Comply With MAP Policy. Adhere to CTK’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy at all times. MAP governs advertising conduct only; you remain free to set resale prices.
  13. Maintain Updated Privacy Policy. Publish and maintain a publicly accessible privacy policy.
  14. Separate E-Commerce & Offline Inventory. Plan inventory for e-commerce separately from physical-store inventory and provide accurate sell-through numbers when requested.
  15. E-Commerce Security & Fraud Protection. Implement industry-standard security measures, including two-factor authentication, territory-based shipping restrictions, and customer fraud-resolution procedures.

Failure to comply with any part of this Authorized Reseller Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.
