Limited Lifetime Warranty

Scope of Warranty

Condor Tool & Knife (“CTK”) warrants each product sold by CTK or its authorized resellers (“Product”) to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for as long as you own the Product, or for the maximum period allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction, if less.

Important Notice

Purchasing from a non-authorized reseller will void the warranty.

CTK honors warranties and performs services only on Products purchased from an authorized CTK reseller and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Products sold by unauthorized resellers may be counterfeit, damaged, defective, stolen, or otherwise ineligible for CTK warranty coverage. Verify authorized partners at www.condortk.com.

Exclusions from Coverage

  • Products purchased from anyone other than CTK or an authorized reseller
  • Products lacking proof of purchase
  • Damage from abuse, misuse, extended wear, tampering, modification, or caustic exposure
  • Loss of the product or its parts
  • Consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary, or special damages (where permitted by law)

This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by CTK for the Product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTK disclaims all other express or implied warranties.

How to Return a Defective Product

Bring the Product to the store of purchase or contact CTK for a Return Authorization Number (“RA#”).

To obtain an RA#

  1. Call +1 (503) 467-6517 or email salesadmin@condortk.com / molen@imacasa.com.
  2. State what you are returning and why.
  3. Send a clear photo of the defect.
  4. Record the RA# for your records.

Shipping Instructions

  1. Include proof of purchase, a brief problem description, and the RA#.
  2. Mark the defect with masking tape if applicable.
  3. Print the RA# clearly on the box exterior.
  4. Ship prepaid and insured to:

CTK is not responsible for products in transit and shipping charges are non-refundable.

If CTK determines the Product is defective, CTK will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace it. U.S. returns ship via DHL; international returns ship standard service.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and country to country.
