Usage Guidelines

CTK’s trademarks and trade dress are protected in the United States and internationally and may not be used without CTK’s written permission. CTK’s trademarks include, but are not limited to, the CONDOR TOOL & KNIFE name, logo, and other graphics, phrases, or images that identify the source of CTK products and services.

• Do not alter or modify CTK marks, or use them in a confusing way that suggests CTK sponsors or endorses you, your products, or your services.

• If you are an authorized CTK distributor or reseller, consult your agreement with CTK to understand your rights to use CTK marks.

Websites & Fan Sites

Do not apply for trademarks containing “CTK” or other CTK marks, and do not register domains or social-media handles that contain “Condor Tool & Knife” or confusing variations. Your website or fan site must not copy CTK’s distinctive look and feel, so visitors are not confused about whether it is affiliated with CTK.
